After deciding design of the Garment Pattern please give us a minimum of 3 weeks for garment, from receipt of order and deposit. But it all depends on Garment Complexity.

Deposit have to be paid before Garment started which is 40% of full amount.

Garment making can take up to 2-3 fittings depends of the Design. Each fitting can take up to 30 minutes. First fitting is free of charge. Following fittings will be charged: £3 each fitting.

Shipping
Most of our garments are MADE TO ORDER. Which means, sometimes it takes us 1-2 weeks to complete the order (handmade).

When you ordering from anita benko online shop, please ensure Billing and Shipping address details are right, we do not do refund if wrong shipping information is entered by buyer.
When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email.
Please note item look/colour can be slightly different in different computer screens. So do not hesitate to ask for more details/pictures at
Return policy
We provide a non-refund policy, but we are happy to exchange any item purchased if you are not entirely satisfied. (For any the same cost item) Please return the item for exchange within 14 days after receiving the item. Please do not dismiss deadlines otherwise we can refuse exchange or refund the item.
Return shipping pays buyer and takes all responsibility for returning item. (We strongly recommend: that you use a tracked and insured mail service) If item is lost during the shipping buyer takes all responsibility which means we will not refund/exchange the item.
In original condition Returned item will be exchange with no extra charge.
Returned item have to be: unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all garment tags still attached, in original package/box. Ensure you send item back in an damaged order, if item is returned in damaged condition exchange/refund will not be possible.

We provide a non-refund policy, but we are happy to exchange any item purchased if you are not entirely satisfied. (For any the same cost item) Please return the item for exchange within 14 days after receiving the item. Please do not dismiss deadlines otherwise we can refuse exchange or refund the item.
Return shipping pays buyer and takes all responsibility for returning item. (We strongly recommend: that you use a tracked and insured mail service) If item is lost during the shipping buyer takes all responsibility which means we will not refund/exchange the item.
In original condition Returned item will be exchange with no extra charge.
Returned item have to be: unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all garment tags still attached, in original package/box. Ensure you send item back in an damaged order, if item is returned in damaged condition exchange/refund will not be possible.

Please book your appointment and we can discuss your dream design. Dressmaking consultation can take up to 1 hour and it is completely FREE.

I will make sketches on a meeting of your dream garment or you can bring a photo of your wanted garment and we can discuss all the Pattern details.

After deciding design of the Garment Pattern please give us a minimum of 3 weeks for garment, from receipt of order and deposit. But it all depends on Garment Complexity.

Deposit have to be paid before Garment started which is 40% of full amount.

Garment making can take up to 2-3 fittings depends of the Design. Each fitting can take up to 30 minutes. First fitting is free of charge. Following fittings will be charged: £3 each fitting.

Dressmaking Price Guide provided do not include fabrics or trimmings.

Customer provides all Fabric and Trimmings. We do not supply fabric or trimmings. But we do advise our customers which fabric and trimmings are best to purchase.

We provide a non-refund policy, but we are happy to exchange any item purchased if you are not entirely satisfied. (For any the same cost item) Please return the item for exchange within 14 days after receiving the item. Please do not dismiss deadlines otherwise we can refuse exchange or refund the item.
Return shipping pays buyer and takes all responsibility for returning item. (We strongly recommend: that you use a tracked and insured mail service) If item is lost during the shipping buyer takes all responsibility which means we will not refund/exchange the item.
In original condition Returned item will be exchange with no extra charge.

Please book your appoitment and we can discuss your dream design. Dressmaking consultation can take up to 1 hour and it is completely FREE.

I will make sketches on a meeting of your dream garment or you can bring a photo of your wanted garment and we can discuss all the Pattern details.
After deciding design of the Garment Pattern please give us a minimum of 3 weeks for garment, from receipt of order and deposit. But it all depends on Garment Complexity.

Deposit have to be paid before Garment started which is 40% of full amount.

Garment making can take up to 2-3 fittings depends of the Design. Each fitting can take up to 30 minutes. First fitting is free of charge. Following fittings will be charged: £3 each fitting.

Dressmaking Price Guide provided do not include fabrics or trimmings.

Customer provides all Fabric and Trimmings. We do not supply fabric or trimmings. But we do advise our customers which fabric and trimmings are best to purchase.

Shipping
Most of our garments are MADE TO ORDER. Which means, sometimes it takes us 1-2 weeks to complete the order (handmade).
Feel free to contact us if you need more details/looks of item you want to purchase.
When you ordering from anita benko online shop, please ensure Billing and Shipping address details are right, we do not do refund if wrong shipping information is entered by buyer.
When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email.
Please note item look/colour can be slightly different in different computer screens. So do not hesitate to ask for more details/pictures at
Return policy
We provide a non-refund policy, but we are happy to exchange any item purchased if you are not entirely satisfied. (For any the same cost item) Please return the item for exchange within 14 days after receiving the item. Please do not dismiss deadlines otherwise we can refuse exchange or refund the item.
Return shipping pays buyer and takes all responsibility for returning item. (We strongly recommend: that you use a tracked and insured mail service) If item is lost during the shipping buyer takes all responsibility which means we will not refund/exchange the item.
In original condition Returned item will be exchange with no extra charge.
Returned item have to be: unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all garment tags still attached, in original package/box. Ensure you send item back in an damaged order, if item is returned in damaged condition exchange/refund will not be possible.
