- UK departure from The European Union.
Due to the UKs departure from the European Union there are some changes to the way VAT and Duties are calculated. We have implemented the following to make this as painless as possible to the customer.
All orders under 150 Euros (or GBP equivalent) will be processed via the new IOSS rules. You will be charged VAT at the destination country rate at the time of placing your order, but will not be liable for any import duties or admin charges.
Any order above the IOSS threshold of 150 Euros (or GBP equivalent) will have no VAT and the duties and admin fees will be applied. All fees will be shown at checkout. This ensures that you do not get any unexpected charges or delays at customs.

Returns & Refunds

Orders placed from 8th November 22, can be returned for refund no later than 20th January 23.
