Each of our  singing bowls have been ethically sourced and are made from high quality brass. Traditionally played in Tibet by Buddhist monks, singing bowls have been used for centuries for meditation and healing. The range of sounds the singing bowls produce whilst being played are said to restore our normal vibratory frequencies to bring harmony to mind, body and soul.
