Beautiful long tuelle skirt with satin under skirt. Fastens with two press studs, but can fasten with one to make the waist bigger. This skirt is a wrap around style, in that it is one length of fabric which just fastens at the waist. Looks good when worn with a petticoat to give a fuller effect.
